At DF Grinders, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably, ensuring you get your hands on our premium grinders and burrs as soon as possible. Below is our comprehensive shipping and delivery policy:

Handling Time

We understand that you’re eager to receive your order! That's why we strive to process and prepare your order for shipment within 2 business days, although it is often shipped out the same day if ordered before 11am ET. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to getting your products out the door and on their way to you without delay.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Free Standard Shipping:
    • Eligibility: Available on all grinder orders, as well as any orders totaling $75 or more.
    • Delivery Time: Expect your package to arrive within 7 business days from the time of shipment.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Eligibility: Available for all our products including grinders, burrs and accessories.
    • Pricing: A flat rate of $30 for all grinders, and $20 for all burrs and accessories.
    • Delivery Time: Your order will be expedited and delivered within 4 business days. In many cases, you may receive your order even sooner.
  • Shipping for Orders Under $75:
    • Pricing: Shipping costs for orders under $75 are a flat rate of $10.
    • Delivery Time: Similar to our standard delivery, expect your package within 7 business days from the time of shipment.

    Shipping to US Territories

    At this time we only ship to the continental United States. If you are located in a US territory and would like to explore shipping options, please contact us at info@dfgrinders.com to discuss the best shipping options.

    Need It Sooner?

    If you have an urgent need to receive your DF Grinders products faster than our standard or express options, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. Send an email to info@dfgrinders.com with the subject line starting with URGENT, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

    Tracking and Updates

    We will send you tracking information as soon as your order ships from our warehouse. We typically use UPS or USPS. You can use your tracking number on your shipping carrier's website to view updates on your order's location and expected delivery time.

    Packaging

    We care about the environment and so we reuse packaging from our distributors.

    Pre-Orders

    • Separate Orders Recommended: To receive your other items sooner, we recommend ordering pre-orders separately.
    • Arrival Times: Our website's estimated arrival times are based on the best information available to us. These times may change due to manufacturing or shipping delays beyond your control. We keep our website updated on the latest estimated arrival times and provide you with email updates on your pre-order's status.     • Shipping Pre-Orders: We will ship your pre-order within 1-2 business days of its arrival at our warehouse, but often on the same day that it arrives. We know you are eager to receive your new gear! You will receive email confirmation with tracking details as soon as it ships.

    Warehouse Location

    Our products ship directly from our warehouses within the United States, and we deliver across the continental US. There are no brokerage fees, duty fees, or COD charges on any and all US orders.

    What to Do If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived

    We understand how important it is to receive your order on time, and we want to ensure that your experience is smooth and worry-free. If your order hasn’t arrived yet, here’s what you can do:

    1. Check Your Tracking Information: Start by checking the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this information on the shipping carrier’s website to view the latest updates on your package’s location and expected delivery date.
    2. Contact the Shipping Carrier: If you notice any delays or issues with the tracking, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly. They can provide you with the most accurate and timely updates regarding your shipment.

    What to Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged

    We take great care in packaging our products, but in the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. If you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with us at info@dfgrinders.com within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the damage. Please include photos of both the product and the outside packaging.
